This Privacy Policy explains how DigitalRewardsCard (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when businesses and their customers use our websites, dashboards, digital loyalty cards, QR-code tools, marketing tools, and related services (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect

- Business content: logos, offers, reward rules, QR codes, marketing materials, and information submitted through dashboards.
- Loyalty activity: customer enrollment details, visits, punches, reward progress, redemptions, and related timestamps.

2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, personalize, maintain, and secure the Service;
- create accounts, loyalty cards, QR codes, reports, and reward histories;
- process subscriptions and administer trials;
- respond to questions, support requests, and service communications;
- detect fraud, abuse, technical problems, and security threats;
- analyze and improve performance, usability, and features; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Business customers and loyalty participants
When a business uses DigitalRewardsCard to operate a loyalty program, that business determines what customer information it collects and how it uses that information. We process that information to provide the Service to the business. Customers should also review the participating business’s privacy notices and contact that business about its own data practices or reward program.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information:
- to the business operating the loyalty program a customer joined;
- to service providers supporting hosting, databases, payments, analytics, communications, security, and customer support;
- when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; or
- with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Cookies and analytics
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, performance, and analytics. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some features may not work correctly afterward.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, account status, and legal requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights concerning disclosure, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Loyalty participants may also need to contact the business operating their program.
9. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.
10. International use
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live.
