From Customer Scan to Reward Punch
Your QR code does two jobs: it lets new customers join your rewards program and lets returning customers check their punches and reward progress.

1. Get Your QR Marketing Material
From your Business Dashboard, open Marketing Center. Create or print a QR flyer, window sign, Facebook post, or Instagram graphic. You can also open QR Code from Quick Actions.

2. Customer Scans the QR Code
Display the QR code at your counter, window, receipt area, table, or online. A new customer scans it with their phone camera and enters their phone number to join. No app is required.

3. Add a Punch
When the customer makes an eligible visit or purchase, open Add Punch on your dashboard. Search for the customer by phone number, open their account, and add the punch.

4. Customer Checks Progress
The customer can scan your QR code again and use the same phone number to see their digital rewards card, current punches, and progress toward the reward. When the goal is reached, your business can redeem the reward.
